Booking and Payment Details
- Reservations can be made conveniently via our website, by phone, or in person at our Weymouth office. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally collected at the time of vehicle pick-up. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. 4. Pick Up and Drop Off
- At the time of vehicle collection, a thorough inspection is required. Any pre-existing damage should be reported immediately, and a vehicle condition report will be completed and signed. You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless additional coverage applies. Responsibility for damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of these Terms rests with you, irrespective of insurance provisions.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment terms may differ based on your booking type and the notice period provided. For detailed information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Cancellations made late or failure to show up may incur charges.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses in Weymouth
- Engaging in any illegal activities or purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other risky endeavors. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable.
